
Largo Youth Leadership Council New Member Orientation
Are you a teen and would like to make a difference in your community? The City of Largo would like to invite you to the Largo Youth Leadership Council New Member Orientation onWednesday, August 7 at 4pm at Largo City Hall. The City of Largo Youth Leadership Council (LYLC) provides high school students an opportunity to participate in leadership and community service to help make a difference in Largo. Council members also have the opportunity to earn community hours and be a part of upcoming city-wide projects such as neighborhood beautification, parent-teen relationship building and environmental awareness.

WHO CAN JOIN?
- Current students in grades 9-12
- Must be a City of Largo Resident
- Have a 2.5 GPA or higher
- Have a desire to learn about City government
HOW TO JOIN?
- To apply, please complete an application
- Qualified applications will be reviewed
- City Commission will appoint the selected candidates
- Have a desire to learn about City government
